SMI and the amrgroup was established as a California Corportation on June 1983. The Company started with two main devisions. SMI, an IT consulting, Training and contracting services. SMI focused on consulting for project Management. One of the main projects that SMI succesfuly accomplished was the bankcard systems for SPNB, HMO services for FHP, and datacenter aqusistion/ facilities management for SPIS.
